You know those times when you completely forget that you need to make something for an event the next day? Say hello to your lifesaver. Now, I’m not sure why it’s called Neiman Marcus Dip (if anyone knows, please share it in the comments below!), but it sure is tasty.
- 5-6 green onions chopped
- 1 ½ cups Light Hellman’s Mayonnaise
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. real bacon bits
- ¾ cup shredded almonds
This recipe’s a snap. Just mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl and chill at least a few hours before serving. That’s it!! I made mine the night before and it tasted less mayonnaise-y the next day.
